Mima’s Policies


Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchange or refund is only available at the moment of delivery.
You may open the package and check your items while the courier is still there.
Once the courier leaves, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
Delivery fees must be paid in all cases (exchange, refund, or returning the order at delivery).

 Product Defect Policy
Mima’s is responsible for any manufacturing defect reported within 7 days from the delivery date
The item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Once the defect is confirmed by our production team, you can choose between:
Exchange, or
Full refund
If the defect is confirmed, Mima’s will cover the return delivery fees only.
If the item is returned but no defect is confirmed, delivery fees are covered by the customer.


Order & Delivery Policy
Orders are confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp message.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days inside Cairo, and 2–5 working days for other cities.
In case of refusing the order, delivery fees must be paid.
