Mima’s Policies
Exchange & Refund Policy
• Exchange or refund is only available at the moment of delivery.
• You may open the package and check your items while the courier is still there.
• Once the courier leaves, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
• Delivery fees must be paid in all cases (exchange, refund, or returning the order at delivery).
Product Defect Policy
• Mima’s is responsible for any manufacturing defect reported within 7 days from the delivery date
• The item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Once the defect is confirmed by our production team, you can choose between:
• Exchange, or
• Full refund
• If the defect is confirmed, Mima’s will cover the return delivery fees only.
• If the item is returned but no defect is confirmed, delivery fees are covered by the customer.
Order & Delivery Policy
• Orders are confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp message.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days inside Cairo, and 2–5 working days for other cities.
• In case of refusing the order, delivery fees must be paid.
