Order & Delivery Policy

Orders are confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp message or call. Delivery takes 1–3 working days inside Cairo and 2–5 working days for other cities. If the order is refused at delivery, delivery fees must still be paid. In all situations, delivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
